Designed to foster civic engagement and community connection, this comprehensive renovation transformed the City of Peoria's Council Chambers into a modern, welcoming, and highly functional public space.
Through enhanced functionality, integrated technology, expanded public seating, improved access to natural light, and a prominent feature wall that inspires discovery and celebrates civic identity, MOR Studio created a space that strengthens the experience of both public servants and the residents they serve.

South Mountain Performing Arts includes three dance studios, a multi-purpose room, along with support spaces and break areas designed to serve both programming and community use.
The interior design is inspired by the movement, energy, and expression of dance, with strategically placed windows that bring in abundant natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and vitality throughout the space.
