This Ziggi’s Coffee Shop is the second built in the state. It includes a vibrant outdoor patio and interior dining room where a large overhead door connects the inside and outside. The double drive-through configurations maximize the queuing capacity for the site, and the design blends seamlessly into the surrounding shopping plaza. MOR Studio provided all planning and architectural services, including assisting with entitlements. The design team utilized Building Information Modeling to model systems and created a well coordinated document set.
