For this technology center, MOR Studio was tasked with conceptualizing an addition to the existing office space to accommodate a growing number of employees commuting from various locations. The design includes a new addition that seamlessly integrates with the existing structure, ensuring a cohesive look and feel throughout the facility. The updated office space features open work areas, modern meeting rooms, and collaborative zones that foster creativity and teamwork. The addition also introduces a second story, which houses the center's state-of-the-art central command center. This elevated space is designed with advanced technological infrastructure to support critical operations and provide a strategic vantage point for overseeing the facility's activities.

Working in a building that includes laboratories, assembly training spaces, and 24-hour operations required addressing several complexities. These included code considerations for chemical storage and handling, an integrated and redundant building system design, advanced AV systems, and a careful approach to egress and occupancy.
