MOR Studio was engaged to conduct two conceptual designs to determine the optimal building for the clients' leasing needs. The first design involved moving all employees into a completely new building, while the second considered expanding the company's footprint into a neighboring building, thereby increasing the current square footage of their existing space. Both designs were centered around the company's desire for a workspace that fosters connection and collaboration. We incorporated ample indoor and outdoor spaces, maximizing natural light to create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The designs featured diverse working zones ensuring every employee could find a space that suits their work style needs. These zones included open collaborative areas, private offices, quiet zones for focused work, and social hubs for casual interactions.
Navigating the complexities of a large real estate decision for a major corporate entity required meticulous planning and strategic design. This included reviewing existing building features such as HVAC infrastructure and structural considerations for the additions of mezzanines to maximize the potential of each space.
