MOR Studio successfully tackled the redesign of this seventh-floor co-working space. One large suite was transformed into three efficiently laid out smaller suites to better accommodate the tenant needs. In this case, smaller suites were a better use of Expansive's space to increase occupancy rates. To achieve this, MOR Studio strategically removed walls and added drop ceilings that contributed to a modern aesthetic while maintaining practicality. This project marked MOR Studio's third partnership with Expansive. The result is a revamped office space that not only meets the specific requirements of each tenant but also reflects a seamless integration of design and practicality.
