MOR Studio collaborated closely with the owner to enhance this existing space through a tenant improvement project. The renovation included the development of a reception area, individual offices, a conference room, and a break room. To maintain the company's cohesive brand identity and ambiance, design elements from other office locations were carefully integrated into this project. The lobby features a welcoming atmosphere, and the operable glass door to the conference room allows for separation without obstructing light.
