​Athen’s on Easy Street built a new commercial kitchen in an existing building and demolished an existing kitchen to make room for more interior dining and new indoor/outdoor bar. The new kitchen features a sixteen foot cook line and fully outfitted outdoor cooking area. The existing building’s low existing roof structure and inadequate utilities required creative solutions from an innovative design team. The interior design is reminiscent of a sleek beachside Greek café.
