The proposed project, Arizona Pickleball Resort, and Academy is a boutique resort and Pickleball training facility planned at Estrella Crossing. Twelve casitas (hotel rooms) will host visitors interested in Pickleball. Visitors will rent the units by the week. This resort setting will have a pool and cabana area. The indoor and outdoor courts will primarily be used by resort guests, but outside Pickleball training will also be held on-site. MOR Studio assisted the client with Special Use Permit submittals.
